Who we are. Bytewright OÜ, an Estonian company based in Tallinn, is the controller for the limited personal data handled through this website. You can reach us at hello@bytewrightsoftware.com.

What we collect

This is a static website. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors. The only personal data we handle is what you choose to send us:

• Contact enquiries. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, and anything you write to us — company name is optional.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider may process standard technical data (such as IP address and request details) to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Why we use it

We use the details you send solely to read and respond to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to manage that relationship. That is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, and, where relevant, steps toward a contract.

Who sees it

Your message reaches our inbox. We use reputable service providers to host the website and route email; they process data only as needed to provide those services. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your request and to meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to our processing it. Email hello@bytewrightsoftware.com and we will respond. You may also contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
